Job Description

They key responsibilities of the Quality Engineer will be:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures in accordance with ISO and customer requirements
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for internal and external quality issues
  • Perform audits, inspections, and validations to ensure product and process compliance
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives
  • Support customer quality requirements, including documentation and communication
  • Maintain calibration and control of measurement equipment

The Successful Applicant

The successful Quality Engineer will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
  • Experience with statistical process control and quality metrics
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
