Serving industries such as automotive, medical devices, electronics, and aerospace, my client is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term client partnerships.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Lead Quality Engineer are: Lead and oversee quality engineering activities across manufacturing operations.Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO/TS 16949 standards.Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.Partner with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce defects.Manage supplier quality, including audits, evaluations, and corrective actions.Prepare and present quality metrics, reports, and improvement plans to leadership.Train and mentor team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices.Support customer audits and ensure compliance with client-specific requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.If interested, please apply using the link below.
