With a focus on continued growth and innovation, my client remains a leader in engineered composite solutions, supporting critical industries with cutting-edge materials and manufacturing expertise.Job DescriptionOversee the implementation and maintenance of the QA program, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 across all departments.Develop and enforce inspection, testing, and evaluation standards, including hazard analyses and critical control measures.Collaborate with operations and engineering to align systems, processes, and procedures with customer quality and delivery expectations.Prepare quality documentation and reports using statistical process control methods.Conduct audits, investigate customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of quality staff.Establish and maintain records retention and document control processes.Monitor and manage quality-related financial objectives, including budgeting and cost analysis.Ensure compliance with government and industry quality control standards.Provide leadership and mentoring to embed a culture of quality ownership across the organization.Oversee in-process quality checks, final part releases, and data analysis for compliance.Schedule and coordinate quality staff to meet production and inspection requirements.Be onsite at our Canton, MA facilityMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
