Known for their commitment to quality and engineering excellence, the company is expanding and investing in leadership talent to support continued growth.Job DescriptionThe Quality Manager (aerospace) will:Lead, mentor, and manage a quality team of 10+ professionals.Report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the leadership team.Oversee and maintain compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, FAR/DFARS, and customer-specific requirements.Implement and improve quality systems aligned with GE and Pratt & Whitney standards.Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer communication.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant will have:Experience and knowledge working with GE and GE SPECS (required).Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).Minimum 5+ years of experience in a quality management role within aerospace manufacturing.Current experience in a Senior QE role lookikng to advance into management.In-depth knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, FAR/DFARS compliance.Familiarity with GE and Pratt & Whitney quality systems and expectations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.Proven track record of implementing process improvements and quality initiatives.Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.If interetse,d please apply through the link below.
