This full-time position offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Quality Manager (Aerospace) will:Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards at the Syracuse, NY facilityManage and review technical documentation, including drawings and data packagesLead the development and maintenance of work instructions and production support materialsEnsure compliance with ISO standards, including AS9100, and conduct internal auditsSupport the production team with tooling, assembly processes, and process optimizationInterface with customers on quality issues and manage corrective action reportsConduct inspections and ensure calibration of quality equipment per manufacturer guidelinesDevelop and implement training programs for manufacturing and quality proceduresLead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce variation and optimize workflowsCollaborate on technical planning, system integration, and validation for production systemsReview and approve documentation for production support and customer deliveriesSupport technical meetings and ensure alignment with customer requirements and schedulesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
