This full-time position offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Quality Manager (Aerospace) will:Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards at the Syracuse, NY facilityManage and review technical documentation, including drawings and data packagesLead the development and maintenance of work instructions and production support materialsEnsure compliance with ISO standards, including AS9100, and conduct internal auditsSupport the production team with tooling, assembly processes, and process optimizationInterface with customers on quality issues and manage corrective action reportsConduct inspections and ensure calibration of quality equipment per manufacturer guidelinesDevelop and implement training programs for manufacturing and quality proceduresLead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce variation and optimize workflowsCollaborate on technical planning, system integration, and validation for production systemsReview and approve documentation for production support and customer deliveriesSupport technical meetings and ensure alignment with customer requirements and schedulesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe Quality Manager (Aerospace) candidate will have:5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in quality management or engineeringStrong knowledge of ISO standards, including AS9100Experience in quality assurance and control processesProficiency in reading and interpreting system diagrams, schematics, and technical drawingsFamiliarity with Military mechanical and electrical drawingsAbility to develop and maintain technical documentation and work instructionsStrong problem-solving skills in production and process developmentExperience with production support, tooling, and assembly processesProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and SolidWorks (or similar software)Ability to lead and train teams, with excellent organizational skillsExperience in customer interactions and managing corrective action reportsUnderstanding of calibration and inspection procedures for quality equipmentIf interested, please apply through the link below.
