Despite their advanced operations, they maintain a relaxed and casual work environment.Job DescriptionLead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company's QMS in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards Manage and mentor the Quality Engineering and Quality Technician teams to ensure robust execution of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and Process Validation activitiesOversee customer quality performance metrics, warranty returns, and corrective action processes, ensuring timely and effective resolutionServe as the primary liaison during customer and third-party audits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance across all departmentsCollaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to drive design for manufacturability, process capability, and reliability initiativesApprove and monitor supplier quality performance; ensure supplier PPAP meets all submission requirementsDevelop and report key performance indicators related to quality, scrap, and system effectivenessLead root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action initiatives across the organizationChampion continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies or similarMaintain quality documentation, procedures, and records to ensure traceability and complianceUtilize Wrike to plan, assign, and track quality projects and cross-functional activities, ensuring alignment across departmentsProvide technical guidance and training to promote a strong quality culture throughout the organizationOversee and support test lab activities, ensuring all testing, calibration, and verification processes meet applicable standards and requirementsParticipate in strategic planning and support new product development programs to ensure product quality objectives are met from design through launchOther duties as assigned in Management's sole discretionPlease apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
