Due to recent success, they are looking to add to their leadership team with a true Site Quality Manager that will help to drive performance and bring standardization to the client.Job DescriptionLead all quality personnel in day to day operations through work delegation, collaborative meetings, and planned schedulingTrain and develop engineers and floor personnelManage all aspects of the site Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100 standardsLead internal AS9100 and AS13100 auditsManage customer relationships including weekly meetings, corrective actions, and customer satisfactionWork cross-functionally with production, engineering, and others to maintain compliance and prepare adjustments for the product linesAssist with Root Cause Analysis on non-conforming parts and other arising issuesLead the APQP process and oversee all related aspects such as SPC, Control Plans, and FMEAsIdentify areas for continuous improvements and leverage personal experience and six sigma techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costsBe a team player and assists with other tasks as needed for the good of the plan and companyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
