Job Description

  • Lead customer-focused quality initiatives to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers for quality-related concerns and resolutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality systems, processes, and performance.
  • Analyze customer feedback and quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to address quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Facilitate audits and reviews, both internal and external, to maintain quality certifications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on quality best practices and root cause analysis.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus).
  • Proven experience in quality management within a electrical manufacturing or high-tech environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean).
