If interested, please read on and apply to the Quality Manager - Electronics Manufacturing in Syracuse, NY.Job DescriptionThe Quality Manager - Electronics Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, IPC, and customer-specific standards.Oversee inspection, testing, and auditing processes to ensure incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods meet quality specifications.Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes for internal and customer-reported nonconformances.Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and implement process improvements.Manage internal and external audits, including ISO, customer, and regulatory audits.Maintain quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs, work instructions, and test procedures.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools.Train and mentor quality team members and production staff on quality standards and procedures.Communicate quality performance metrics and report on trends, issues, and opportunities to senior leadership.Support supplier qualification and ongoing vendor quality performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
