After years of steady growth and innovation, they've built a solid reputation for delivering custom parts that meet tough demands.Job DescriptionMaintain a robust quality management system (QMS) that aligns with industry standards and customer specificationsLead and manage the quality assurance team, ensuring the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.Monitor all stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues or non-conformance'sCollaborate with production, engineering and project management teams to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.Establish and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, audits and test results.Develop and conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, certifications and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO, IATF 16949).Provide guidance and training to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.Work closely with suppliers and customers to resolve any quality concerns and ensure timely delivery on high-quality productsTrack and report key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.Maintain a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance in all aspects of the quality processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
