Job Description

Lead a team of inspectors in daily work and ensuring the understanding of quality requirements
Work with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing and NPI teams todevelop quality points throughout processes to ensure that products meet requirements
Work with Design, NPI and Manufacturing teams to ensure products are developed consistently and alongside the quality requirements established within manuals
Ensure Design for Manufacturability by working alongside the NPI and Manufacturing teams
Drive Continuous Improvement
Utilize data to help identiy problem statements and identify trend issues
Participate in coaching and training for ISO9001, Continuous Improvement, industry standards or other relevant information

The Successful Applicant

B.S. in Industrial Engineering or similar field
5+ years in Supplier Quality Assurance
Experience leading teams of inspectors, leads and engineers
Experience implementing and developing QMS
Capable of collecting, analyzing, and communicating data to help drive root cause analysis
Proficient in written and spoken English
Proven application of Six Sigma tools
Preferred: ASQ/APQP certification
