With over 50 years of experience in the industry, they have a developed an excellent client base as an industry leader in their space.Job DescriptionThey key responsibilities for the Quality Manager will be:Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant regulations.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.Ensure products and processes meet customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.Coordinate external audits and maintain necessary certifications.Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and operational efficiency.Analyze quality performance data to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.Lead, mentor, and train the quality assurance team to develop a high-performing and proactive department.Provide guidance and training to all employees on quality standards, policies, and best practices.Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including procedures, manuals, and reports.Present quality performance metrics and updates to senior management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
