Apply today to be considered for this exciting opportunity!Job DescriptionLead, manage, and develop the Quality Department, including inspectors, technicians, and quality engineers.Oversee all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS)Establish and maintain inspection processes, including first article inspections, in‑process inspections, and final inspections.Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, including root cause analysis and implementation of long-term solutions.Interface directly with customers regarding quality concerns, audits, non-conformances, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership to drive process capability, reduce scrap, and improve overall product quality.Oversee calibration programs, document control, internal audits, and supplier quality performance.Analyze quality metrics and present actionable insights to leadership; lead initiatives to improve KPIs.Support new product introduction (NPI) with quality plans, risk assessments, and process validation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
