Their in-house expertise in tooling and fixture design ensures they meet PPAP requirements while achieving an impressive on-time delivery rate of 99% or higher.Job DescriptionAct as the primary representative for quality management.Spearhead initiatives aimed at reducing defect rates, guiding teams across departments through problem-solving steps.Review customer feedback on quality issues, implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence, and maintain clear communication with customers about the actions taken.Take part in APQP discussions, identifying potential process weaknesses, and work alongside the manufacturing team to reduce defects.Oversee the creation of supplier requirements and the approval process for supplier submissions.Manage the approval and submission of documents to ensure they align with customer needs and specifications.Analyze design specifications, determine the best measurement methods, and set gauging requirements while ensuring measurement systems like CMM are accurately used.Lead efforts focused on continuous process improvements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
