This is an opportunity to work with unique machining operations and for career advancement.Job Description Oversee and maintain a quality management system (QMS) that meets industry standards and customer requirements.Lead and manage the quality assurance team, ensuring thorough inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.Monitor all production stages to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues and non-conformances.Collaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to uphold product quality throughout manufacturing.Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, audits, and test results.Plan and execute internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry certifications and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, AS9100).Provide training and guidance on quality control procedures and best practices to employees.Work closely with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.Track and analyze key quality metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance in all quality-related activities.Please apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
