Every service is tailored to meet the specific demands of each project, backed by a team of skilled engineers and machinists who prioritize quality, craftsmanship, and safety.As a trusted name in specialized manufacturing, our client strives to be the premier choice for precision solutions throughout the Chicagoland region.Job DescriptionMaintain a robust quality management system (QMS) that aligns with industry standards and customer specifications.Lead and manage the quality assurance team, ensuring the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.Monitor all stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues or non-conformances.Collaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.Establish and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, audits, and test results.Develop and conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, AS9100).Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.Work closely with suppliers and customers to resolve any quality concerns and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Track and report key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.Maintain a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance in all aspects of the quality process.Please apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
