Their skilled engineers and machinists are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety, ensuring that every product meets or exceeds client expectations.As a trusted partner in the Chicagoland area, they aim to be the go-to source for specialized manufacturing solutions.Job DescriptionMaintain a robust quality management system (QMS) that meets industry standards and customer specificationsLead and manage the quality assurance team, ensuring inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished productsMonitor all stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues or non-conformancesCollaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to ensure product quality throughout manufacturingEstablish and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, audits, and test resultsDevelop and conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, AS9100)Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practicesWork closely with suppliers and customers to resolve quality concerns and ensure timely delivery of high-quality productsTrack and report key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvementMaintain a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance in all aspects of the quality processMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
