The company is poised for substantial growth at their Bellingham, MA facility with strong backing from a parent organization that fosters development and visibility.Job DescriptionThe Quality Manager, Manufacturing, will:Manages ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 Quality Systems, serving as the ISO Management RepresentativeLeads and oversees product safety certifications (e.g., explosion-proof, flame-proof) for multiple global regions (ATEX, IECEx, NEPSI, KTL)Drives compliance with regulations for hazardous substances (ROHS, REACH, SCIP, CA Prop 65) and champions leadership awareness on compliance mattersProficient in technical drawing interpretation; experience with 2D/3D CAD and PCB layouts is a plusOwns the Quality Management System, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiativesLeads a team of 3-5, including union quality inspectors and junior Quality EngineersMaintains regulatory document lists and develops approval templates that integrate with business processesManages all audits (internal, third-party, customer) and directs Engineering Change Orders to closureOversees the hiring, training, and supervision of 2-4 employees; manages training records platformUp to 10% travel required for audits, certifications, or quality system managementOnsite at Bellingham, MAMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
