With decades of engineering expertise and multiple U.S. facilities, the company supports OEMs with precision manufacturing, stringent quality compliance, and innovative solutions tailored to demanding applications.Job DescriptionMaintain and improve the ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System as the site's SME, overseeing audits, compliance, and overall system performance.Lead and manage Quality Control operations, including QC Inspectors and cross‑functional personnel performing inspections, system audits, and process evaluations.Drive continuous improvement through enhanced inspection methods, new test procedures, equipment evaluation, and the development of performance, safety, and reliability testing protocols.Monitor quality metrics, product testing, and failure analysis-leveraging statistical reports, capability studies, NCRs, and 8D corrective actions to reduce defects and systemic issues.Partner cross‑functionally to resolve customer complaints, support audits, promote Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and uphold a strong culture of safety and quality across the facility.Train and mentor team members on quality protocols and best practices.Maintain documentation related to quality management systems and processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
