Quality Manager - Manufacturing - Lancaster, MA

• Maintain and improve quality systems in compliance with AS9100 and MIL-spec standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support production and engineering efforts.
• Interface directly with suppliers and customers to resolve quality-related issues and ensure compliance.
• Lead hands-on quality initiatives, including audits, inspections, and continuous improvement projects.
• Adapt to a dynamic, small-team environment by wearing multiple hats and contributing beyond traditional quality functions.
