They operate a technically advanced facility focused on precision, process control, and lean manufacturing, delivering high-quality components to a nationwide customer base.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and sustain robust quality systems aligned with ISO 9000 and industry standards.Lead supplier quality activities, including performance monitoring, audits, and process improvement initiatives.Partner with production and engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process issues.Drive continuous improvement projects targeting efficiency gains, scrap reduction, and operational optimization using Lean and Six Sigma methods.Apply statistical process control (SPC) to monitor manufacturing operations and support data-driven decision-making.Analyze quality trends, perform root cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Create and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process control plans.Ensure production equipment meets operational and technical specifications.Train, coach, and mentor team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.Serve as technical point of contact with external vendors regarding equipment and quality matters.Ensure adherence to all regulatory and customer requirements related to product quality.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
