Job Description

The Head of Quality is responsible for all QA programs for several product lines. They will also be responsible for all continuing compliance and certification for ISO 9001:2015
Develops a strong culture of excellence, customer service and overall quality
Hands-on leadership experience, ability to translate plans into actions. Must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities
Establishes good procedural practices in alignment with the head of PO
Establishes and maintains Quality KPIs, tracks performance, and ensures visibility and transparency
Interfaces with global sites and partners to drive improvements and solve complex issues
Performs Root Cause Analysis using format tools and methods, implementing change to continuously improve quality of processes and products
