Job Description

  • Provide direction and guidance to ensure integrity of quality systems and practices in plant manufacturing and inspection.
  • Identify, develop, and monitor policies and procedures to meet quality goals, both internally and with suppliers.
  • Lead quality discussions with personnel, customers, and vendors, including audits and problem-solving.
  • Manage nonconforming materials, lead ISO9001 audits, drive continuous improvement, handle return authorizations, and oversee on-site laboratory.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in Quality Management in manufacturing.
  • Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 and familiarity with ISO 13485.
  • Certified Auditor or willing to obtain certification, maintaining professional competence.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MRP systems, adept at documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, achieve results, and manage time effectively.
