Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Design and oversee the inspection and testing processes to ensure the quality of raw materials, components, and finished products
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, including product performance, customer feedback, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the investigation of quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure that all employees are trained on quality procedures and that they follow them consistently.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development of new products, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, chemistry, or biology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance in a dental or medical device manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements for medical devices, including FDA regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in managing a team of quality assurance professionals
