About Our Client

Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of metal finishing services, serving key industries such as aerospace, defense, and automotive. Their customer base includes several Fortune 500 companies-among them GM, Ford, Lockheed Martin, and Caterpillar-as well as government organizations like NASA. While employing just under 100 people, the company operates out of a modern 70,000 sq. ft. facility and recently completed a major expansion that doubled its plant size.

Job Description

Address customer and management concerns, including technical inquiries
Ensure ISO 5S discipline is upheld across the shop floor
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards
Lead efforts toward achieving IATF 16949 and A2LA ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation
Drive and support Continuous Improvement initiatives
Define and enforce quality acceptance criteria
Initiate and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Foster a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization
Collect, analyze, and summarize data for audit readiness and reporting
Develop part files based on incoming orders for management use
Execute assigned action items in a timely manner
Monitor and resolve problems, issues, and projects with on-floor engagement
