We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and oversee the manufacturing of bumpers at our facility.

Job Description

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for all bumper manufacturing processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949
Train and supervise a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Conduct regular audits and inspections of our manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
Work closely with other departments, such as production and engineering, to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address them
Manage the customer complaint process, investigating and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on quality control performance and improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment specializing in bumpers
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949
Experience with statistical process control and other quality control tools and techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
