With advanced capabilities in blow molding, injection molding, and assembly, They champion Made in the USA manufacturing and thrives on customer collaboration, speed, and excellence in quality.Job DescriptionThey key responsibilites of the Quality Manager are:Develop and enforce quality control procedures to meet industry and customer standards.Lead and manage a team of 10 QA/QC professionals including inspectors, engineers, and document control.Oversee automated Quality Management Systems including CMM, Vision Inspection, and FAI.Design and implement inspection/testing protocols for raw materials and finished goods.Conduct and lead audits in accordance with FDA and ISO 9001 standards.Collaborate closely with customers to meet and exceed quality expectations.Support and scale quality operations for expansion into a new Texas facility.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
