Quality Manager

• Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and standards in the manufacturing environment.
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Train and guide teams on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
• Ensure all products meet customer and regulatory requirements before distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
