With a legacy spanning over 100 years, they are committed to enabling scientific discovery and innovation through high-quality products, robust quality systems, and customer-focused solutions.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Quality Manager will be:Supervise, train, and mentor quality assurance technicians and inspectors across shifts.Monitor daily quality control activities to ensure compliance with SOPs, specifications, and regulatory guidelinesInvestigate non-conformances and customer complaints; perform root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality issues are resolved effectively and timely.Conduct internal audits and assist in customer or regulatory audits.Analyze quality data, generate reports, and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.Support implementation of quality system enhancements and training initiatives.Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations within the QA area.If interested, please apply using the link below.
