They are looking for a Quality Engineer that will oversee the incoming material and manufacturing controls, as well as work alongisde the Quality Control team.Job DescriptionGD&T, blueprint readingCommunicate with suppliers and customers on ordersDevelop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectationsConduct product inspections, tests, and audits to identify and resolve quality issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and supplier qualityAnalyze customer feedback and warranty claims to identify trends and implement corrective actionsDevelop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test procedures, and quality manualsTrain and mentor production staff in quality control procedures and standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
