Job Description

  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Train staff on quality control measures and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of experience in a quality-focused technical role and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong metrology, GD&T, and CMM proficiency with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently, maintain accurate records, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills, with willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
