My client designs and manufactures specialty electrical and lighting systems used in vehicles, aviation, and public safety. They focus on producing reliable lighting and control equipment to enhance safety and communication in high risk situations.

Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate quality control inspections and testing
  • Ensure products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Train and guide quality control staff and inspectors
  • Review and maintain quality documentation and reports
  • Identify and address quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes
  • Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance
  • Enforce safety and quality policies across the production area

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years' experience in quality assurance/control in manufacturing
  • Leadership skills to manage and train quality teams
  • Knowledge of inspection tools and ISO 9001 standards
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
