With a strong focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and innovation, my client supports key industries including life sciences, healthcare, and analytical testing.Job DescriptionThe Quality Supervisor (Glassware) will be responsible for:Supervise, train, and support Quality Control Inspectors to ensure adherence to procedures and continuous skill development.Oversee in-process and final product inspections to verify compliance with internal and customer specifications.Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to resolve and prevent recurrence.Maintain and review quality documentation, including batch records, deviations, and non-conformance reports.Coordinate with suppliers on quality issues, including managing SCARs and verifying incoming material certifications.Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve processes, and ensure consistent product quality.Operate and train staff on precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical systems.Manage quarantined and non-conforming materials, ensuring proper disposition and documentation.Assist with product, equipment, and process validations as required by quality and production teams.Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and management to resolve quality concerns efficiently.Uphold safety standards and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
