My client is a global high-technology group specializing in aerospace, defense, and security sectors. The NH facility specializes in manufacturing advanced aerospace components and systems, focusing on precision engineering and high-reliability solutions for both commercial and military aircraft.

Job Description

  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 17025, and customer requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/RCCA).
  • Manage quality documentation, including QMS procedures, records, and document control.
  • Oversee in-process and final inspections, including First Article Inspections (FAI/AS9102).
  • Perform inspection of mechanical and electrical components to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, engineering, and supply chain.
  • Support supplier quality efforts, including audits, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA, ITAR).
  • Track and report quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in customer and regulatory audits and support readiness activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related scientific field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience.
  • Experience in Quality Systems or Quality Auditing preferred
  • Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 Industry Standards
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication/presentation skills, oral and written
