The NH facility specializes in manufacturing advanced aerospace components and systems, focusing on precision engineering and high-reliability solutions for both commercial and military aircraft.Job DescriptionConduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 17025, and customer requirements.Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/RCCA).Manage quality documentation, including QMS procedures, records, and document control.Oversee in-process and final inspections, including First Article Inspections (FAI/AS9102).Perform inspection of mechanical and electrical components to verify conformance to specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, engineering, and supply chain.Support supplier quality efforts, including audits, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA, ITAR).Track and report quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.Participate in customer and regulatory audits and support readiness activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
