Quality Systems Manager - Aerospace - Danvers, MA

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards and company requirements.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Train and support staff on quality processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality activities and results.
• Work closely with suppliers to maintain and improve material quality standards.
