Job Description



  • Develop and Implement RACF Security Systems: Assist in creating and executing RACF security systems and its associated software to ensure robust access control and system protection.


  • Evaluate Security Impact: Review requests for new systems or changes to existing ones, assessing their impact on RACF security LPARS to maintain security integrity.


  • Monitor and Report Security Effectiveness: Monitor daily security reports to ensure new and existing security technologies are operating effectively and addressing any vulnerabilities.


  • Enhance Security Products: Research and implement new security products and protocols, recommending tools and solutions to improve the RACF security environment.


  • Provide Security Support and Consultation: Offer direct support to the business on RACF-related security issues, educating teams about policies and assisting with security enforcement on IT projects.

The Successful Applicant



  • Extensive RACF Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a RACF administrator, with a deep understanding of RACF security systems and their application in large environments.


  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and network protocols such as IP, TCP/IP.


  • Financial Services Expertise: Experience in the financial services industry is highly valued, as the role requires knowledge of industry-specific security standards and regulations related to data privacy and protection.
