Rahway, NJ- Construction Project Manager

• Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee exterior construction scopes such as façade systems, roofing, building envelope, and site improvements.
• Work closely with public agencies, architects, and engineers to maintain compliance with public contracting requirements.
• Prepare and manage documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure strong communication with all stakeholders and uphold the client's reputation for quality and professionalism.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues proactively.
