Description
- Enhance RCSA program
- Manage process library, risk taxonomy, controls inventory
- Oversee controls testing development
- Facilitate risk reporting
- Provide training and feedback to all team members
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors degree, Masters preferred
- 8+ years banking experience
- 5+ years in ORM with concentration in RCSA or compliance
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and requirements of foreign banking organizations
- CFA, CPA, FRM certifications preferred
