Real Estate Developer - Construction Manager - Boston

The Construction Manager will be responsible for:

• managing the day-to-day construction for our client's Boston tenant interior improvement portfolio
• ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget, schedule, and is adhering to all safety codes
• managing the design and preconstruction process
• working closely with architects, designers, and general contractors
• developing and maintaining project schedules
• monitoring RFIs
• punch list and close-out activities
