Real Estate Developer - Senior Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Address and resolve project-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.
