My client is a national Real Estate Investment and Development firm with over $5B under development. They specialize in developing and constructing unique residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. With their growing pipeline they are looking to bring on a strong Real Estate Development Manager (Miami) who is well versed in all aspects of the development cycle including at the site identification, acquisitions, through due diligence to construction.

Description
The Real Estate Development Manager (Miami) will:
- Oversee financial schedule, cost tracking/re-allocations and financing related deliverable
- Responsible for monthly bank requisitions
- Coordinate investor/lender diligence and requests
- Track equity investments, maintain deal level financial model, etc.
- Work closely with project teams on construction updates, reporting
