Description
- Tracking of lease transactions for portfolio properties
- Ensure that property documentation is accounted for and procedures are followed with the real estate manager
- Ensure accuracy in portfolio reports by overseeing monthly rent reviews
- Accurately migrate data between accounting systems and budgeting software
- Run tenant estimates with accounting team
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate or other related field
- 1 to 4 years experience in lease audit or commercial real estate
- Understanding of accounting principles
- High level of attention to detail
- Accounting software experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team or individually
