Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsJoin a growing, full-service real estate law firm in NYC.This role is mandatory five days in office.About Our ClientThe firm is known for its high-quality representation and practical counsel, with a broad practice that spans the full real estate cycle-from acquisitions and financings to development, leasing, and dispositions.Job DescriptionSupport attorneys in all phases of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financings, and leasingReview and analyze title reports, surveys, and title commitments; coordinate resolution of title and survey issuesManage due diligence efforts: order and review entity, lien, and UCC searches; compile and organize supporting documents; prepare diligence summariesAssist in coordinating closings by preparing checklists, closing statements, and post-closing binders/documentationResearch zoning, entitlement, and real property records; review easements and development-related documentsMaintain internal transaction tracking systems to ensure timely and accurate updates on key milestonesPrepare client intake documentation and engagement letters; ensure timely receipt of retainer paymentsProvide litigation support when needed, including assistance with discovery and electronic court filingsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
