Description
- Closing sales and leases
- Pricing portfolio rents on newly acquired properties
- Prequalify prospective tenants, reviewing applications and screenings
- Oversee and solve resident issues, sending requests to appropriate department
- Coordinate resident move-in and move-outs
- Delver exceptional customer service for our portfolio properties
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate or other related field
- Active real estate license
- 5+ years experience in real estate, 2+ years managerial experience
- Knowledge of local and state landlord/tenant laws
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team or individually
