Description

  • Screen calls and emails.
  • Handle all related messages.
  • Greeting guests and directing clients.
  • Calendar scheduling for meetings and events.
  • Five days a week in office required for 2022.
  • Basic administrative support such as filing, organizing,printing, etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • College degree required.
  • At least two years of experience.
  • Guest Relations and guest services.
  • Relevant computer and software knowledge such as Google Workspace, MS Office and Adobe.
