Recruiter

• Recruiting a full desk of Business Services roles, Finance roles, IT roles, Operations roles, Client Development roles, and Professional Services roles
• Source and screen candidates on the phone and conduct interviews
• Post jobs to various job boards and scan through resumes
• Reviewing resumes and sharing with the greater team
• Scheduling interviews and discussing feedback with other interviewers
• Liaising with primary hiring managers to discuss feedback
• Getting offer approvals and checking references
• Conducting pre-employment background checks
• Negotiating offers
• Setting up new hire onboarding process
• Utilizing Taleo as an ATS system regularly
