Job Description

  • Sourcing candidates suitable for the company
  • Screening CV's
  • Showcasing open positions on social meida
  • Contacting candidates via phone and email to assess their skill set
  • Own the recruitment process
  • Communicate with hiring managers and provide updates on candidates
  • Balance multiple tasks
  • Build and maintain relationships with fellow employees throughout the company
  • Responsible for negotiating the compensation for candidates and new hires

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting or related HR field
  • Recruiting background in financial services is a plus
  • Able to work in a fast paced and growing environment
  • Able to prioritize several tasks at once
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and analytic skills
  • Detail oriented and motivated
