Job Description

Several responsibilities include,

- Cold calling 2-3 times a week

- Actively, source candidates and build candidate talent pools

- Interpersonal and external communication skills

- Creating structure and order, while boosting productivity

- Manage recruitment process for assigned branch or department

A successful applicant:

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- 1+ years in sales

- Cold calling experience

- Outgoing and go getter personality
