About Our Client

Our client is a smaller size bank seeking a full-life cycle Recruiter to manage all aspects of recruitment. You will be identifying and attract candidate, while managing recruitment strategies.

Job Description

  • Manage recruitment process for assigned departments and branches
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with candidates
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques by leveraging technology and digital campaign

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience using an ATS a must; experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS system a plus
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across a diverse client base, while establishing trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
