Career progression is key at Michael Page with an 89% rate of managers and directors that have started as consultants and progressed their careers.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent using various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.Client Engagement:Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.Provide consultative support to clients on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.Candidate Management:Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing clear communication and support from application to placement.Conduct pre-employment assessments and reference checks as needed.Pipeline Development:Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.Proactively identify and connect with passive candidates to build long-term relationships.Data Management:Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate and client data effectively.Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Business Development:Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through outreach and networking.Collaborate with the sales team to present recruitment solutions to prospective clients.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
